In the 4th Level I would like to have a tides timer like in mission 3. Also I don't know if the genetic upgrades from the main campaign also is applied in the missions between ? The difficulties aren't balanced yet, imho. I have found upgrades are important, but I haven't seen a real benefit from the workers upgrade. What an upgrade from a building from lvl 1 to lvl 2 to lvl 3 brings in Numbers.

Like how much Hp do mine and the enemies creeps have. My biggest Issue is the missing of numbers. Can't wait to see what 4.2 and Challenge 4 have to offer when I beat 4.It's a great game. There's so much new ♥♥♥♥ and cool mechanics. Slug Disco, I love this update so far <3. (Those dwarf frogs are so cute but damn is their aoe attack op) If you do, the entire amphibian association will appear and ruin your day. DO NOT dig out the big space south of your nest where the large amount of unguarded food lay. This should yield you about 200-300 food which is game changing.Ĥ. By the time the bombardier beetles come out my ants usually have finished harvesting and is heading back to the nest. (This tip is the one that I found to really help me) During the transition between day and night, most of the map gets cleared of enemies and you can send your ants to the pine cone with no worries.

If you're lucky with the enemy spawns, the aphid plant directly south of your nest (near the little black ants) are completely enemy free and you can immediately send your ants over and steal the aphidsģ. The free hatch ants I found to be more useful than the hatch boost ants since they save you so much food and numbers are key to being able to cross those bridgesĢ. Here are some of the tips I've learned after trying for a couple of hours.ġ. The farthest I've gotten to is day 3 where I accidentally exposed the 7 orange beetle (i forgot what they're called) nest and they clapped me. This could also be a discussion to share any tricks and tips you might have. I'm playing on my insane only formicarium and determined to stay true to it. I know the update just came out and I doubt anyone has actually beaten 4.1 on insane but I was wondering if anyone got any tips for beating it since it's ridiculously hard.
